Hi there! My name is Jackie Riffle, and I am an accidental skincare aficionado and makeup enthusiast. If you are searching my page, you are likely in the same predicament I was, over ten years ago. I needed help with improving my skin and up my makeup game, but I had no idea where to start; it was overwhelming with so many products, promising my skin would look amazing, overnight. There are hundreds of THOUSANDS of products out there- it’s hard to discern what is right for you, how to use it and even how long to use the products! You’re probably wondering how I made it through the beauty chaos – I spent a lot of time, money and research into finding the perfect products, regimen and maintenance to boost my confidence and help me feel my best.
With my services, I take the guess work out of the process, and provide an effective and timely routine that fits into your schedule, stress free! In the realm of makeup, I have followed the trends over the years, studied tutorials by the masters as well as listened to my clients and what their needs are to help them create their desired look. I have facilitated online and in-person group tutorials on skincare and makeup, coaching many clients through the makeup application process. I truly enjoy guiding others on their own journeys to loving their skin; whether it be through finding a skincare routine that helps them reach their goals, develop a method of makeup application they can utilize - I want to be there to guide you through the process, too. My Side of The Story...
Never underestimate the power of makeup, and good skin.

I remember the very first time I wore mascara in public. I was 18 and attending a night class for English at a local community college. I knew nothing of makeup, beyond the blue Revlon eyeshadow my mother owned since 1984, crumbling in its case behind the hair brushes in our bathroom drawer. But just before the English professor was about to initiate learning, I heard squeals from across the room. Two of the more popular girls from high school, also in attendance that night, proclaimed, "Jackie - are you wearing MAKEUP?! You look so pretty!" That was the first time in my life I felt oddly accosted, but more intriguing- that I could be attractive - that I was seen- that I had potential of being more than a ginger, wannabe skater girl. Up until that moment, I was a tomboy - always wearing flannels and board shorts, never trying on any makeup, unless it was strictly for the purpose of looking absolutely ridiculous. But from that night on, something changed in me - I began my own personal journey of self-discovery in the realm of beauty products. I failed miserably, many, many times - even gave up for a few years. It wasn't until I was in my early/mid-twenties, that a delightful and benevolent coworker introduced me to an actual regimen of makeup application. I then practiced and practiced - and the more I learned and trained, the better I became - and the better my skin looked- until others were asking ME to do their makeup, and what I would recommend. It became second nature. It became empowering. From then on, I knew I had to share this feeling of new confidence with others.
Now, 10 years later - I have held lectures and live/online tutorials on skincare and makeup application, I have done others' makeup for weddings, special occasions, photo shoots - even easy demos for daily wear. I have empowered other lovely humans - ranging from ages 12 to 65- to feel confident in themselves - and it starts skin deep. My mission is to continue to provide my services to others who want to look and feel their best, but just need some direction and guidance. The key to good makeup is good skin, and I like to start at the foundation.
